The Residents Advisory Panel welcomed a new member Clyde Garrett, when it met in September. Last year Clyde moved to Lyefi eld Court in Emmer Green, Reading, with his wife Maureen, after 26 years in nearby Ufton Nervet. Clyde had been a director of builders merchants Blyth and Taylor until his retirement.
