Tucked away off the Falmouth Road and down a quiet private drive eight detached houses.

Truro is the ancient port and market town situated at the head of the River Truro which developed in the Middle Ages as one of the ‘stannary’ towns controlling the country’s tin industry. Today the city has a vibrant shopping precinct with many national retailers and a new retail development at Lemon Quay.

Lemon Gardens is situated just off the Falmouth Road which runs into Lemon Street and the bustling centre. There are some fine examples of Georgian and Victorian architecture in amongst the many alleyways and cobbled streets and High Cross is often the stage for celebration and entertainment.
